why?

why does my baby insist on eating dirt, sucking on rocks, and playin in mud? it doesn't matter what there is to play with, she will find the little patch of dirt, and she will eat it!

she just decided to give me this sassy face out of the blue, and I love it!


I couldn't wait any longer to get a few pictures of Bella in this pettiskirt I won in a contest from oopsie daisey baby I have been wanting one for a really long time, so when I won this contest, I was so shocked and surprised! when it came I wanted so bad to take some pictures of Bella in it but didn't have my camera yet. So now I finally have a camera, but don't have the lens I have been craving yet. so when that gets here, we will have another round. I just love seeing her play in this skirt!, she looks like an angel, and I think that if I was a kid, I would love to wear one of these too. I love my Bella, she is so captivating! and charming when she wants to be! She blows my mind at the smarts that come out of her mouth! my favorite thing she has been doing lately is that she will come up to me and whisper in my ear "i love you, i love you, i love you this much" then stands back and stretches her arms out as much as she can. This is what makes my world go round!

Today, Bella woke up and told me her nose didn't work. It was really just stuffy, but she couldn't breath properly so it really concerned her! later that morning I found her out on the porch pulling petals off a rose and saying softly, "he loves me, he loves me not" ummm...she is only 3! and that concerns me! Lela had to get her shots this morning, she knew exactly what was going to happen the second we walked into the room. She screamed her head off when the doctor examined her, and then sayed with a smile "bye", and waved to him as he walked out. Why do my kids grow up faster than most? I seem to say to myself alot that I cant wait till they can ..... but then when they do, I am so sad that they are out of that last stage!

so my brilliant cousin (Jessica) has started this web sight called momshots.com it is dedicated to giving info on how to shoot better photos of your kids. It is in it's early stages, but will eventualy be all decked out with all sorts of info and insight into the world of photograhy, and since it seems to be a growing trend amoungst young moms and bloggers, this will be a great place to check out frequently!

Bella went with Ben to New Mexico to visit Grams and Peeps. She had a ton of fun playing with Chloe and Ellie, and Grams got some fun shots of them. It was nice to have a little break, but I missed her so much!

Bridge Academy

Ben has been very active in the artist community lately and has camaraderied with 3 amazing artists to open an Art Academy at the Building where his studio is. It is called the Bridge Academy of Art it is a finishing school and they are now open for enrollment. I am so excited! I just hope they let me in to sneak a few classes from the pros!!!
