Pow Wow

While we were in New Mexico, Ben and I went to Shiprock to a Navajo Pow-wow to get some shots of Indians for a series of paintings that Ben is going to paint. It was so interesting to watch, these are some of my favorites.

Christmas 07

We were at Grams and Peeps home this year for christmas. It was so lovely, as always! I swear I gained 10 pounds from all the yummy food! Christmas morning was everything I hoped it would be. Bella, Chloe and Ellie woke us up around 6:00am and the look on their faces when they saw what santa brought them was pure delight! sometimes I wish I were a kid again! here are alot of pics to mark the memories.

We are headed to New Mexico for christmas to be with Ben's side of the fam this year. Bella can hardly wait to see Chloe and Ellie! Here are the rest of our family Christmas pics. Bella's 1st dance recital

Last night Bella had her dance recital. She lit up as soon as she got on stage and performed so well! She was singing at the top of her lungs every word and she took a bow just like little Shirley Temple, I was dying! I really didn't think that she would perform because in class she is so distracted, looking at the other girls shoes or what kind of hair bows they are wearing or just watching herself in the mirror. But she was on the biggest high! I think she will probably be performing for many years to come! Gabby performed too in a different class. Grandma brought them a dozen roses each and we got some super cute pictures of them! I went a little overboard but I couldn't pic which ones to post.

The Tree

We put the tree up the weekend after Thanksgiving this year. It seems I get more excited for Christmas the more kids I have. Bella is facinated with the icicle ornaments!

These are photos taken of us by my most amazing, talented, photographer friend, Leah Wright! look her up! she had a great idea to take our couch and place it next to this big red garage door for these pictures. It was at this big wearhouse and there was mud everywhere! but it worked out! here are a few and I'll post more after the cards have been sent out.
