sledding

Christmas was so much fun this year! The girls are the perfect age, and Olea, the old soul she is knew just what to do. After seeing what Santa brought, she handed out presents and when it was her turn sat down and opened her present, then played with it for a bit then went for another. They were so surprised, and it was perfect!
Yesterday we decided to go sledding. Danny, Jan, and Gabby came with us. It was freezing! I think it was enough winter for me!

no card sending this year

I ordered some post cards to send out for Christmas, but when I received them they were EXTRA LARGE! they are actually quite embarrassing, because there is a huge picture of our family on the front, making us look like we think that we are the coolest ever, so we decided not to send any this year. so sad! but I do want all of my family and friends to know that we are thinking about you and hope you have the best Christmas yet! and maybe next year I will get it right!

Santa Clause!

Santa came to our ward party on Saturday and Lela stood in line patiently waiting her turn to see the big guy, but when she was placed upon his lap, she was done! and Bella seems to be right at home!
Thanks for the photo Leah!

Danny and Jan's Wedding

my super talented sister, Gina made this fabulous cake with a trillion hand painted eatable pearls all over it.

It has been about a month now since the big day, and I am just getting around to posting some pictures. I am such a slacker! anyway, these aren't very good photos... too blurry and grainy, and I didn't have the right equipment for the job, nor the experience, so this is what you get. Good thing these weren't for paying clients even thought I think I was more stressed than the bride and groom!! They had the wedding in the new and hip Spark restaurant/lounge, it was so beautiful! the food was amazing and my bro and now sister-in-law were such the handsome couple! I might post more photo's later.

Cho's baby shower

Rachael (Cho) had her baby shower on Saturday and I displayed this picture of her I caught a few weeks back. I love it because it is SO Rachael! I have seen her give this look many times, and she was especially naughty on not letting me get some belly shots that day! anyway, I forgot my camera to take pictures of her wearing this mama princess crown I made for her. This picture looks similar to what it looked like. We had a ton of fun and Cho got a ton of baby shoes that she now needs to display because each little pair is a work of art!

The Tree

A couple of days ago we went with Jessie, Ben, Adam and Olea up to Kamas to cut down a christmas tree. We had The funnest christmas tree picking time so far, I highly recommend it! but you do have to drive to soldier hallow to get a permit in November.
After we all found our perfect tree, we threw a few snowballs, pushed Jessie and Ben's stuck car out of the snow, and went to Park city to have pizza and hot cocoa! We had a ton of fun! and I can't get Lela's face out of my head when I took her out of the car and she noticed she was standing on cold, white stuff. I wish I had taken a picture!

The Felsing's

Dan, Rachel, Jack and Jane (in mommy's tummy) came down yesterday to take photos. We had about 10 minutes of light so it was a quick one. I love this hat on Jack, I can't stop looking at him!!!

Swiss Christmas

I'm back to blogging after taking a break from the computer and spending some fun filled family time! We spent the weekend in Swiss designed Midway city for the craft show. The girls had a ball going to the gingerbread display and decorating their own gingerbread cookie, and Bella had fun meeting Father and Mother Christmas. Olea wasn't too fond of that idea!

The Beautiful Bride

Jan is the and stunning bride that married my little Brother on Saturday. She was willing to let me take some shots of her with by baby sleeping in the car, and me running in and out to check on her every 2 minutes. She was so easy to photograph, as you can see, and I thought this setting was perfect for her sophisticated personality! Thanks for your patience Jan... Scarpino wink!

Gorgeousness!

How cute is this family? all these gorgeous family's have made my job so easy! and these little girls are so sweet, I could have taken them home with me! I never expected to be taking photos for people, but I have enjoyed every minute! Thank you for these fun opportunities!

fairy talk

I have been so busy this week with photo shoots, my brothers wedding, getting ready for a craft show (Swiss Christmas), and planning a baby shower. My head is spinning, and I think I have a bit of a cold coming on. My dear Mother drove all the way up here to watch my girls while I did a photo shoot. I found this little fairy home in the backyard that they had built and Bella told me all about it. Later I took this picture of her out on the swing and when she saw it, she told me that the fairies were holding her hair in all of the pokie up places, and that is why it looks like that!

The Tolman's

baby overload! I couldn't resist!

This beautiful family was so fun to photograph! They adopted this sweet little thing straight from heaven and named her Aleah Kate. She is only two weeks old, and I got to hold her!!!
