I didn't get very good pictures on this trip, it was too hard to be holding a sick baby and trying to adjust the camera.
Ben can now say that he is an official Film Maker!
The stars!
The gang - me
this piece of artwork was so crazy, it was flat but looked 3 dimentional. I wish I would have got Ben in focus, hillarious huh?!
catching up on some old times.
we saw this red door and just had to take a picture, wish i would have done a little better! but dang isn't he adorable!!
this Bouguereau painting was amazing! Ben and I were able to study this thing about a half inch away! it was so great to be able to share a moment like this with my hubby and both understand and appreciate it on the same level!
This past weekend we went to Denver to screen Ben's short film, Storpio, at the Stars Film Festival. We left Bella with Auntie Gina, John and the boys. It was the first time leaving her and.. yes.. I did cry a bit but was fine about 2 miles down the road. Lela got really sick and lost her voice, so it was quiet for 3 whole days but i felt so bad for her!! It was so fun to see "the Ben's" as film makers, screening their film that they made in Italy! our category was called "The importance of being Human" and we showed with 6 other films, ours being the longest, and the finally. I here there were some good ones but I, of course, was out in the hall with the sick baby. Afterward they had a Q & A and the Ben's were asked the most questions about thier film. Ahhhh, I'm so proud!! The next day Byron took us to the Denver Art Museum and found out that they were showing a collection from the Louvre, so we just had to go and it was so worth it! that night we bagged our complimentary hotel and went to stay with Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Carrie, they are the best hosts!! Thanks you guys!!! if anyone is interested about the film you can check out the link at http://www.storpio.com/ the trailer should be up in a few days.

So glad you guys are back. We've been playing phonetag all day! Congrats to the Ben's. As if we were concerned that they wouldn't rock it!
So sad about baby Lela! I hope she's feeling better.
Yay! That was so fun. I love going places with you two, you are so much fun. Even if we didn't get to have the full on Film Festival Experience, it was fun. Hopefully we'll be able to do that again in the future and really soak up the film festival...
Hey Kristina! Looks like you guys had a fun trip! It still throws me off that Byron doesn't go by Paul anymore... when I was little he and the boys, being my bros and your hubby, and Paul would get into all kinds of mischief. It's so cool that you guys get to do these neat things. We wish you all the best. And I hope Olea is feeling better soon!! Poor thing! Love you guys! Katie
That is so awesome! and of course I'm so sidetracted by the cutest baby in the world. I'm always focused on her in the picture. I think it took three times before I noticed everone else. Love you guys! Ben You Are Amazing!
