1st day of Preschool

Here I wanted to get a couple shots of her new culottes she was so proud to wear. I copied them from the Chasing Fireflies catalog.

Yesterday was my Bella's first day of Preschool. She was so excited to go, and kept asking me if it was time yet...and she was even excited to wear her new culottes that I made for her! I wasn't really sad when I dropped her off, I was more excited for her than anything. I think because, I feel like she has been ready for this for a while because she is such a little smartie pants, and because this is her first of two years of preschool before she goes to real time school so I feel like its just a little fun social/ learning time. When I picked her up she had the biggest smile on her face and told me all the names of her new friends in her class, it was adorable!!

I can't BELIEVE you made those culottes. They are too cute for words. MAN I want a daughter....

Isaac went for the first time the other day, too. Had a blast. Though he's not quite as verbal as Bella. When I asked what he did at school, he gave me a re-enactment with sound affects of bonking his head and falling down. =D Don't you want a boy?!

WAY TOO CUTE!!! I think that little Bella girl of yours is going to look cute in just about anything she ever tries on. I wish I was more talented and could make clothes that looked that cute. I've only mastered pajama bottoms for my girls. I need more practice.

I think I am in denial about any of my nieces ever growing up, but even so they seem to be becoming beautiful girls! Bella is going to have such an awesome time at school I am very excited for her. Love the pants and I'm glad you can sew for my little girl since I never will!

Hi McPhersons! You don't really know me, but I hung out with Ben a little in high school with Greg Nygren, etc.

I am really interested in photography and am blown away with some of the things you come up with. I have one question...what equipment do you use?

You can answer me back on here (comments) or e-mail me at shermanseven@gmail.com

Thanks!
Brian

Hi! I feel like a blog stalker, but I'm DYING about how cute your little girl's pants are. HOW did you come up with that pattern? I checked out your "chasing fireflies" site, and you did an amazing job copying them. What fabric did you use? Are you willing to share? And, as long as I'm asking questions, did you knit all thier little hats? Any tips there, I would also love. I think you are so talented. My sister and I just want to copy everything you do! (If it makes you feel better, I am Craig Young's sister-in-law.) Anyway, I'll do the same, you can answer me here, or email me at cassieandtodd@hotmail.com
At the very least, you can feel flattered! :)
